Everything else on this site is about you: your health, your plate, your family. This page is about them.

Every animal used for food has a life of their own. They feel fear and pain, and they want to live, just like the dog or cat you might share your home with. We don’t need to use them to live well. That is the whole reason this site exists.

There are no pictures of it here. If you want to see what happens to animals on farms and in slaughterhouses, these are honest places to start. They are hard to watch. Look after yourself, and stop whenever you need to.
